Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Shellie learned to appreciate the beauty, culture, and diversity it has to offer. Loving to travel, she spent several years living in France, Ohio, Utah and California, happily returning to Washington in 2005. After marrying her husband Andy, a Battalion Chief for the Bellevue Fire Department, they moved to the Bothell area to raise their 5 children near her hometown of Woodinville. Being so close to the ocean and mountains enables her to enjoy her other interests such as hiking and skiing.
